About Our Foundation

SiuolRoffa Capital is an Accra-based single-family office serving as the private investment arm of the Affor family. The firm was established to manage and grow the legacy assets of the late Louis Yaw Affor (Togbe Opeku IV)—former Paramount Chief of Kpando in Ghana’s Volta Region and a founding member of Ghana Airways.

Today, the firm is led by Louis J. Affor III, continuing a tradition of disciplined investment, long-term vision, and sustainable development.

Dr. Prince Ahmed Abubakr is a detail-oriented professional with academic training and practical experience in records management, administrative support, and data management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Islamic University College in Accra, Ghana. He is recognized for strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and effective communication, with the ability to contribute in administrative, education, public service, and community-focused roles. Mr. Abubakr currently serves as Director at Bellatore Ghana Limited and as Managing Partner and Chair at Siuol Roffa Family Office Trust and Foundation.

Louis Jeff Affor III is Founder and Managing Partner of Bellatore Ghana Limited and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Enhance Investment. He has more than a decade of experience in cross-border investment, international trade, and public policy advisory work across emerging markets, and has participated in financing and acquisition transactions exceeding $2.5 billion.
